Requirements
Must:
- Over 10 years of experience in Oracle SCM (Order Management, Inventory, Install Base, Procurement)
- 2-3 complete project life cycles in Oracle Cloud implementations
- Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion SCM implementation and integration
- Proficient in Order Management processes, including pricing, orchestration, and fulfillment
- Deep understanding of Inventory and Install Base management, focusing on asset tracking and compliance
- Strong knowledge of procurement workflows and supplier collaboration
- Experience in managing complex, global manufacturing supply chains
- Excellent analytical abilities to evaluate cost structures and enhance processes
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and cross-team collaboration skills
- Proven track record of successful large-scale SCM implementations
- Capability to work effectively with distributed teams and vendor partners
- Proficient in translating business requirements into functional solutions
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and deployment of Oracle Fusion SCM modules, including Order Management, Inventory, Install Base, and Procurement
- Configure comprehensive Order Management processes, encompassing pricing, orchestration, and fulfillment
- Design orchestrations for service logistics and Oracle Field Service Cloud
- Oversee inventory architecture, including items, transactions, warehouses, lot/serial control, cycle counting, and reconciliation
- Implement and sustain Install Base for complete asset lifecycle tracking
- Develop and optimize procurement processes, including requisitions, purchase orders, supplier onboarding, and contracts
- Integrate Supply Chain Management systems with Finance, Manufacturing, Service, and other enterprise applications
- Create reporting and analytics solutions utilizing OTBI, BI Publisher, and FAW
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process enhancements based on Oracle best practices
- Prepare documentation detailing processes, configuration guides, and test scripts
- Manage and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and ensure the stability of solutions
