Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Over 15 years of experience in Information Technology
- 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Cloud in an architecture or senior technical lead role
- Strong demonstrable expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
- Proven hands-on experience with Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
- Successful track record in leading multi-solution Adobe implementations
- Experience in defining functional and non-functional requirements (NFRs)
- Familiarity with integrating Adobe platforms with CRM, eCommerce, and enterprise systems
Technical & Platform Expertise:
- Proficiency in Adobe Experience Platform (XDM, Identity Service, Real-Time Profile, Segmentation, Destinations)
- Knowledgeable in Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
- Experience with Adobe Analytics and Launch/Tags
- Proficient in Adobe Journey Optimizer
- Familiar with Adobe Real-Time CDP
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (6.x and AEM as a Cloud Service)
- Understanding of cloud integrations, APIs, and event-driven architectures
- Expertise in data migration and modernization
- Knowledge of enterprise security and SSO models
Certifications (Preferred):
- Adobe Certified Professional, Expert, or Master in AEP, CJA, Real-Time CDP, Analytics, or Journey Optimizer
- Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) Architect
Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-level digital experience and data platform strategies utilizing Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and the broader Adobe Experience Cloud
- Serve as the solution and data architecture lead for AEP, CJA, Real-Time CDP, Journey Optimizer, Analytics, and AEM-based ecosystems
- Oversee AEP-centric architecture, inclusive of XDM design, data ingestion, identity resolution, and profile unification
- Architect and realize Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) solutions, focusing on event-driven data modeling and cross-channel journey analysis
- Conduct discovery workshops to ascertain business objectives, analytics use cases, data needs, and technology roadmaps
- Define comprehensive solution architectures covering data, analytics, personalization, content, and activation layers
- Provide architectural guidance across onshore, offshore, and nearshore delivery teams
- Promote best practices concerning data governance, performance, scalability, and security
- Assist in pre-sales activities and solution shaping, including architectural definitions and executive presentations
