Must:
We seek candidates with a total of over 6 years of experience in Data Engineering, specifically utilizing PySpark, and a minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry. You should possess robust skills in Palantir Data Engineering features, including Code Repo, Code Workbook, Pipeline Build, and AIP. Proficiency in designing and developing data pipelines, as well as extensive expertise in PySpark and Spark SQL, is essential. Additionally, you will need to have experience in code build and deployment within the Palantir environment. A key expectation is that you can lead a team of 2-3 technical associates proficient in PySpark. Familiarity with API skills and introductory knowledge of technologies such as React JS would be a valuable asset, as well as a willingness to mentor your team and introduce them to new technologies.

In this role, you will collaborate with the Client Technical team in an Agile setting to clearly comprehend the product requirements and facilitate the delivery of solutions. Your primary duties will involve implementing innovative solutions within the Palantir Platform and guiding your team in achieving objectives.
