Requirements
Must:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required
- 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience
- Associates degree or similar qualification preferred
- Experience serving as a backup for an installation Lead
- Strong aptitude for listening to customers and ensuring their concerns are addressed
- Must obtain necessary security clearances to access customer premises
- Completion of Canon courses or equivalent training
Responsibilities
- Provide second-level customer support with expertise gained from first-level experience
- Identify and recommend improvements to processes, tools, and systems to enhance workflow
- Exhibit advanced customer service skills in every interaction
- Assist with special projects as needed within the department
- Operate with minimal oversight from management
- Contribute relevant information to the customer database
- Foster and maintain positive customer relationships
