Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in pre-sales and post-sales support in Large Format, office, and production environments
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Quark Xpress, and other common color composition and management tools
- Skilled in handling Postscript/PDF file management tools such as Acrobat Pro Distiller
- Willingness to travel extensively, up to 70% with overnight stays (valid drivers license required)
- Certified Color Management Professional Master preferred; additional knowledge in AFP, VIPP, PPML, and LCDS/Metacode is a plus
- Strong understanding of complex system solutions, integration, and networking across Windows, UNIX, and Macintosh environments
- Ability to provide after-hours support and implementation services post-sales
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support to assist in securing sales of networked printing devices, software, servers, and consulting services
- Collaborate with the sales team to evaluate potential customers and develop account strategies
- Participate in on-site customer meetings for assessments and inspections
- Serve as a technical advisor during meetings with customer IT staff
- Assist in crafting RFP responses and manage large, intricate projects throughout the solution architecting and implementation process
- Work closely on product installation and integration
- Generate revenue through professional services independent of equipment and software sales, conduct customer training sessions, and guide the installation and integration of advanced Color Solutions
