Requirements
Must:
- 5 years of prior experience in business process design with a focus on process improvement
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology or Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Experience in ERP Financial processes (Order to Cash, Accounts Receivable, Credit Collections, Revenue Recognition, Taxation, and General Ledger) is highly preferred
- Familiarity with ERP systems specifically in Finance or Supply Chain Logistics is advantageous
- High proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, along with above-average skills in SQL & PL/SQL
- Fundamental accounting knowledge for understanding business processes and interpreting reports
- Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, particularly Visio
- Proven capability to manage projects and conduct user testing
- Extensive experience with data visualization techniques
- Strong analytical skills to break down complex business issues into manageable components
- Excellent business analysis skills with a collaborative approach in both physical and virtual settings
- Ability to effectively document and present problems along with their solutions
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and quick to learn new applications, tools, and business processes
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders across various business units such as Business Operations, Customer Service, Sales, and Finance to create analyses and documentation in a team-oriented manner
- Continuously assess and communicate systems requirements, maintaining system processes and providing monthly status reports to relevant parties
- Produce and revise both internal and external documentation, formally initiating and delivering requirements and guidelines
- Conduct daily system analysis to enhance effectiveness and troubleshoot any issues
- Build meaningful and sustained relationships with partners for improved system integration, addressing inquiries and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations
