Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in an engineering discipline or a related field required, with 3 - 5 years of relevant experience
- Alternatively, a Masters degree in the field is acceptable
- 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development or solutions engineering
- Practical knowledge of Apex, Salesforce Flow, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Familiarity with Salesforce data models, security protocols, and governor limits
- Experience in a production environment handling Salesforce
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical capabilities
- Proven ability to manage support tasks alongside project delivery
- Salesforce certifications (one or more preferred): Platform Developer I, Salesforce Administrator, App Builder
- Experience with direct and indirect sales channel models, Salesforce integrations, and APIs
- Knowledge of org consolidation, data migrations, or platform cleanups
- Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools or CI/CD (e.g., Copado, Gearset)
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and cross-functional teamwork
- Exposure to Experience Cloud, Omni-Channel, Email-to-Case, or Salesforce AI features is a plus
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and implement Salesforce solutions utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flow, and other declarative tools
- Support Salesforce operations across direct and indirect sales channels, including partnership and reseller scenarios
- Assist in the consolidation and modernization of Salesforce orgs, including data validation, migration efforts, and cleanup of outdated functionalities
- Provide production support and resolve issues, troubleshooting Apex, Flows, permissions, integrations, and performance challenges
- Build and maintain basic Salesforce integrations, such as REST/SOAP APIs and Apex REST services
- Engage in IT-led projects that necessitate Salesforce development, reporting, or data analysis
- Participate in testing phases, deployments, and validation following releases
- Write clean, maintainable code and take part in code review processes
- Adhere to Salesforce security standards and data governance practices
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and industry best practices, suggesting minor improvements
- Ensure timely delivery of Salesforce enhancements and fixes
- Work effectively to reduce production issues and enhance incident response times
- Collaborate closely with Senior Engineers, IT teams, and Sales Technology partners to improve Salesforce reliability and maintainability
