Requirements
Must:
- Enrolled undergraduate student majoring in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Chat, Calendar, and Drive).
- Experience with data validation, ETL processes, and database management (Big Query/SQL Server preferred).
- Proficiency in automation tools (e.g., RPA, Python, or advanced Excel/VBA).
- Knowledge of AI enhancements for process improvement is a plus (Gemini preferred).
- Strong documentation capabilities.
- Ability to convey complex technical processes to non-technical users.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Participate in significant work projects that foster business skill development and contribute meaningfully to Canons goals.
- Engage with world-class teams in training, meetings, presentations, and other planned activities related to business, marketing, and strategy.
- Work on the CSAP NASPO Process Improvement initiative, documenting, validating, and automating monthly sales and leasing reporting.
- Develop automated validation processes for data integrity and accurate administrative fee calculations.
- Update and standardize state-specific templates using inconsistent data from various sources.
- Transfer automation tools to business users and provide necessary documentation.
- Create automations for compliance and state reporting initiatives.
- Design a long-term strategy for automating and validating claim data, ensuring timely submission to relevant entities.
