Requirements
Must:
- Current undergraduate student, either a junior or entering senior year by Summer 2026
- Major related to the department of interest
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Chat, and Drive)
- Proficiency in Figma or Adobe XD; familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar CMS platforms is a plus
- Interest in understanding indirect sales models and digital tools for dealer support
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to use data in design decisions
- Collaborative team player with a spirit of curiosity
Responsibilities
- Engage in hands-on work experiences through significant projects
- Participate in training, meetings, and presentations to enhance learning and business skills
- Develop high-fidelity mockups in Figma for UI modernization initiatives
- Collaborate with IT on cloud readiness support and usability testing
- Conduct audits and analysis of digital journeys for partners
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to dealer interactions
- Assist in creating user documentation and transition guides for improved web experiences
- Contribute to design system governance ensuring digital assets align with accessibility standards
