Analyst I

In this role, I will assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex datasets utilizing tools such as SQL, R, Python, and Oracle. I will develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, and Visio to visualize critical metrics for stakeholders. Supporting project management activities within Agile frameworks will be a key duty, ensuring the timely delivery of analytical solutions in line with best practices in the software development life cycle (SDLC). I will also partake in database design and management efforts for Microsoft SQL Server and other relational databases. Automating repetitive tasks and enhancing data processing workflows using VBA, Bash (Unix shell), and other scripting languages will be part of my responsibilities. I will collaborate with cross-functional teams to comprehend business requirements and convert them into technical solutions. Additionally, conducting business analysis to spot opportunities for process enhancements and data-driven strategies is essential, as is documenting processes and workflows clearly to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives. Supporting our digital marketing efforts, including managing LinkedIn and website content, as well as handling administrative tasks for senior management project management (such as calendar organization and team deadline management) will also be part of my focus.
