Requirements
Must:
- Strong UI/UX portfolio showcasing web-based systems, especially backend dashboards
- Proficient in PHP 8
- Skilled in JavaScript and jQuery
- Experience with AJAX/XHR calls
- Competent in CSS
- Knowledge of responsive design principles for both mobile and desktop
- Solid understanding of performance-driven web design
- Capable of implementing designs directly through code
- Exceptional visual design abilities with a focus on typography, spacing, and layout
- Ability to create custom UI systems instead of just using templates
- Detail-oriented in aesthetics and usability
- Familiarity with conversion-oriented design for eCommerce
- Comfortable with modernizing legacy interfaces thoughtfully
- Preference for developing fast, purpose-built interfaces over heavy front-end frameworks
Responsibilities
- Improve the public eCommerce website with clean, conversion-oriented design
- Redesign and enhance our backend interface for better clarity, efficiency, and workflow usability
- Translate business requirements into intuitive layouts and user flows
- Write and modify front-end code using native JavaScript and/or jQuery
- Work directly within PHP-based templates to bring your designs to life
- Optimize visual assets for speed and SEO performance
- Create design mock-ups, prototypes, and production-ready graphics
- Conduct usability improvements based on real operational needs
