Requirements
Must:
- Advanced background in product/UX design, human-computer interaction, and AI
- Proven experience creating complex, web-based products in multi-stakeholder environments
- Demonstrated capability to lead initiatives from concept to scale, including 0→1 product launches and iterative improvements
- Advanced proficiency in modern design tools (e.g., Figma) and familiarity with prototyping tools
- Strong foundation in information architecture, interaction design, and visual design
- Understanding of inclusive design principles, accessibility guidelines, and assistive technologies
- Ability to operate within deeply technical domains and multi-product ecosystems
- Excellent collaboration and facilitation skills, engaging diverse stakeholders
- Passion for AIs transformative role in workflows and its practical application in design
- Portfolio showcasing complex product design, user research, and data-driven UX enhancements
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and frameworks such as React is a plus
Responsibilities
- Design and develop sophisticated AI-driven UX solutions for distinct interaction opportunities, ensuring consistency across various products and platforms while adhering to best practices
- Address technical requirements and challenges through user-centric designs that improve navigation, accessibility, and user satisfaction
- Ideate and prototype to explore diverse options, including innovative solutions
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define product vision and align roadmaps for cohesive multi-product user experiences
- Conduct persona research and apply insights to refine design and enhance mature workflows
- Map existing user experiences to understand end-user needs and create optimal experiences
- Share tools, frameworks, and patterns that enhance team efficiency and ensure high-quality outcomes
- Continuously advance the design practice by exploring new tools, prototyping methods, and AI-driven techniques
- Act as a user advocate, promoting alignment and communicating design vision through effective storytelling
- Lead design optimization efforts via usability testing, user research, and data-driven decisions
- Contribute to our design system to leverage scalable design techniques
- Promote best practices to ensure the widespread adoption of the design system and UX processes across the firm
