Requirements

Must:
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or a comparable position. - Strong proficiency in SQL with hands-on experience dealing with data systems and data flows. - Familiarity with Postman and its usage for API interactions. - Experienced in documenting detailed business rules. - Proven track record in supporting QA processes through requirement validation and data checks. - Strong and proactive communicator who is willing to challenge the status quo and suggest improvements. - Collaborative experience with developers, QA personnel, and outside vendors. - Quick comprehension of domain intricacies and alignment with larger business and technical objectives. - Must be located within commuting distance to Cincinnati, OH to accommodate a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders at client sites to achieve shared objectives. - Effectively convey complex concepts both verbally and in writing. - Stay updated by investigating new technologies to remain competitive. - Excel in a setting that encourages collaboration among various roles and teams. - Earn the trust of clients through reliable performance, independent of title or seniority. - Operate as a Technical Business Analyst, focusing on backend processes rather than just front-end systems, with a strong grasp of data. - Conduct hands-on data analysis by querying and interpreting intricate data through SQL. - Profile and document data streams and business rules at the data level. - Utilize tools like Postman to examine and execute API payloads. - Aid the QA team by analyzing payload discrepancies and ensuring test requirements are clear. - Step in as a pseudo-Product Owner when necessary, advocating for business needs and clarifying specifications. - Promote and nurture a collaborative culture, injecting energy, accountability, and innovation into the team.
