Requirements
Must:
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise-level full-stack .NET Core MVC development
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on frontend development experience with Angular
- Strong grasp of object-oriented programming principles
- Knowledge of essential design principles for scalable application development
- Experience in creating and managing APIs
- Ability to design database schemas that effectively support business processes
- Extensive background in Information Technology and/or consulting roles
- Proficiency in writing clean, maintainable, and understandable code
- Successfully pass Callibrity’s CoderPad and Code Pairing assessments
- Strong interpersonal skills: influencer, professional demeanor, accountability, collaborative mindset, and shared responsibility
- Enthusiasm for ongoing professional development and learning

- Must have authorization to work in the United States, without need for sponsorship
Responsibilities
- Serve as trusted advisors to clients and establish yourself as a thought leader in the tech industry
- Maintain a comprehensive awareness of overarching business challenges and objectives, taking on a leadership role
- Provide mentorship, training, and skill enhancement to your colleagues and clients’ teams
- Resolve a diverse range of issues by selecting appropriate solutions from a broad array of options
- Effectively communicate complex concepts both verbally and in written formats
- Proactively address challenges and suggest optimal solutions
- Exhibit expertise and share best practices in software development methodologies (Agile, DevOps, Test Automation, CI/CD, TDD)
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, including AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, and IoT
