Requirements
Must:
- 4+ years of experience in web application development or SaaS platforms.
- Extensive experience in senior-level development using object-oriented programming with Python.
- Proven track record in leading technical delivery of complex and innovative business functionalities.
- Strong grasp of software engineering principles, including design patterns, algorithms, and data structures, along with demonstrable application in recent projects.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player.
- Self-motivated and accountable for code quality from development to production.
- In-depth knowledge of test automation principles and a strong advocate for maintaining code quality.
- Proficient in performance engineering and performance testing.
- Experienced with integration technologies, including RESTful APIs and messaging systems.
- Familiarity with modern UI frameworks, particularly React.
- Experience with highly configurable, metadata-driven platforms.
- Bachelors degree, completion of a reputable bootcamp, or substantial mentorship/apprenticeship experience.
- Must successfully complete Callibrity’s CoderPad and Pair Programming challenges.
- Professionalism, accountability, and eagerness to learn are essential.

- Must have authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Serve as trusted advisors to our clients and be recognized as thought leaders in the technology sector.
- Maintain a comprehensive awareness of broader business challenges and objectives, capable of stepping into leadership roles.
- Mentor, train, and enhance the skills of colleagues at Callibrity and their team members.
- Address a diverse range of issues with appropriate solutions drawn from a vast knowledge base.
- Effectively convey complex concepts in both oral and written forms.
- Proactively identify challenges and propose optimal solutions.
- Demonstrate expertise in software development best practices, including Agile, DevOps, Test Automation, CI/CD, and TDD, and teach these methods to others.
- Stay updated by exploring advancements in technologies like AI, Machine Learning, Cloud, and IoT.
- Excel in a collaborative environment with close interaction among various roles and teams.
- Build trust with clients, regarded as reliable irrespective of title or experience level.
