Responsibilities

- Serve as trusted advisors to our clients and establish ourselves as thought leaders in the tech industry - Maintain a clear understanding of overarching business challenges and objectives while capable of assuming a leadership role - Mentor and enhance the skills of both our Callibrity peers and client teams - Address a diverse array of problems with appropriate solutions drawn from extensive knowledge - Effectively communicate complex ideas both verbally and in writing - Proactively identify challenges, issues, and obstacles, and propose optimal solutions - Demonstrate expertise and the ability to teach software development best practices (such as Agile, DevOps, Test Automation, CI/CD, TDD) to others - Stay current by exploring emerging technologies including AI, Machine Learning, Cloud, and IoT - Flourish in an environment characterized by close collaboration among various roles and teams - Earn the clients admiration as a reliable point of contact, independent of title or seniority
