Requirements
Must:
- Extensive experience with web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React, Angular, TypeScript), and Node.js
- Proficiency in ASP.NET (including ASP.NET MVC), WCF services, Web services (RESTful API & SOAP), XML, JSON, and XSLT
- Strong understanding of database design with hands-on experience in Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and PL/SQL
- Expertise in application development using C#, Python, Java, Ruby on Rails; familiarity with Linux environments is a plus
- Knowledge of microservices architecture utilizing Docker containers and orchestration tools; experience with CI/CD pipelines is preferred
- Familiarity with version control systems such as GitHub and TFS; experience with SVN is advantageous
- Ability to work within Agile/Scrum methodologies; experience with SDLC processes is essential
- Strong debugging skills and a solid grasp of multithreading concepts in high-performance applications
- Experience with cloud services, including AWS and Azure, for deploying scalable applications
- Knowledge of UML for system modeling; proficiency in application security best practices for API protection
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful and SOAP APIs to support a variety of enterprise applications and services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define API specifications, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical standards
- Implement API security measures and conduct comprehensive testing, including unit testing and debugging, to guarantee strong functionality
- Integrate APIs with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, and Vue.js to enable smooth UI interactions
- Develop database schemas and optimize queries using SQL, T-SQL, PL/SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB for effective data retrieval
- Utilize tools like Visual Studio, Eclipse, GitHub, TFS, SVN, and CI/CD pipelines for version control and continuous deployment
- Apply Agile methodologies within SDLC frameworks to ensure prompt delivery of high-quality software solutions
- Maintain detailed documentation using UML diagrams and XSLT for clarity in system design
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to enhancing coding standards within the team
- Support application deployment on cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure while overseeing microservices architectures
