Requirements
Must:
- Proficiency in front-end technologies including TypeScript, JavaScript, React, HTML5, and CSS3
- Strong knowledge of C# and .NET for server-side or legacy solutions
- Hands-on experience with Visual Studio Code, PnP PowerShell, and the Power Platform
- Extensive understanding of SharePoint Framework (SPFx) for client-side development in Microsoft 365
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Developer Associate (MS-600) and Power Platform App Maker Associate (PL-100) are preferred
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills to convert complex business needs into user-friendly digital environments
- 2 to 5 years of experience in similar roles
- Bachelors degree is required
- Active TS/SCI clearance is mandatory

Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom SharePoint components, including web parts, extensions, and site templates using the SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
- Create and automate business workflows utilizing tools such as Power Automate (previously Flow) and Power Apps
- Integrate SharePoint with other enterprise systems, including CRM or ERP, using REST APIs and the Microsoft Graph API
- Plan and carry out the migration of content and legacy solutions from on-premises versions like SharePoint 2016/2019 to SharePoint Online
- Set up site permissions, access controls, and data integrity measures to maintain a secure collaborative environment
