Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Over 5 years of experience in full stack development
- Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, and .NET Framework
- Proven experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks like React or Angular
- Proficient in developing and integrating RESTful APIs and Microsoft Graph API
- Solid understanding of database design and development using Microsoft SQL Server
- Familiarity with data analytics tools, such as Power BI or Qlik Sense
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a design and performance focus
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience developing custom SharePoint Framework (SPFx) web parts is a plus
- Knowledge of Azure Services and cloud-based integration patterns is beneficial
- Understanding of Unit Testing frameworks
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and iterative development environments
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET Core / .NET Framework alongside modern JavaScript frameworks like React and Angular
- Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate Microsoft Graph API with Microsoft 365 and enterprise systems
- Develop and optimize SQL Server databases, queries, and stored procedures to improve data handling
- Work closely with designers and backend developers to ensure the delivery of seamless high-performance digital solutions
- Integrate applications with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 services as needed
- Utilize data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik Sense, Tableau) to assist in reporting and insight generation
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, conduct code reviews, and engage in cross-functional collaboration to ensure high-quality outcomes
- Apply secure coding practices and comply with both organizational and client standards
- Align technical solutions with business objectives by collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, development frameworks, and AI-driven development trends
