IT Project Manager (VMware / Broadcom Services)

- Plan, coordinate, and deliver VMware infrastructure and virtualization projects for commercial and federal clients - Lead medium-complexity projects centered on VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) and related transformations - Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and budget, while achieving high customer satisfaction - Create project charters, documentation of scope, work breakdown structures (WBS), resource plans, and budget tracking - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including VMware architects, infrastructure experts, security personnel, and customer stakeholders - Align resources with internal delivery managers and Broadcom Professional Services teams - Monitor and manage risks, issues, and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle - Track project budgets, burn rates, and milestones, and support earned value tracking where applicable - Provide consistent, clear updates regarding schedule, budget, risks, and key milestones - Facilitate status meetings and executive briefings, nurturing strong customer relationships to promote satisfaction and repeat engagement - Reinforce established project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, Hybrid) and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
