Requirements

Must:
- Proficient in troubleshooting all Windows Operating Systems - Ability to diagnose and fix email issues, particularly with MS Outlook - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Excellent telephone and listening skills - Exceptional customer service abilities, capable of empathizing and effectively resolving client problems - High School Diploma or equivalent - Ability to work effectively as part of a team under direct supervision - Solid written and verbal communication skills - Must possess one of the following certifications: Network+, A+ or Security+ - Must hold an active DoD Secret clearance or higher - Previous experience in computer technical support - Understanding of Active Directory to unlock and reset passwords - Knowledgeable in Service Desk software and hardware technologies

- Serve as the primary contact for clients to address and resolve their technical issues - Gather and assess information regarding user problems to provide effective solutions - Offer technical support for hardware, systems, sub-systems, and applications - Assist clients in navigating software application menus - Potentially remote into customers computers to troubleshoot issues - Address network connectivity challenges, particularly with remote workers on a corporate network - Ensure a professional and empathetic approach in customer interactions

The compensation for this position ranges from $40,000 to $50,000 per year, based on the SCA wage for each area.
