Requirements
Must:
- 10+ years of professional software development experience
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Team Lead guiding developers
- Deep expertise in Java (versions 8, 11, 17) and Spring Boot ecosystem
- Strong knowledge of backend technologies including RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Proficiency in frontend technologies such as Angular (version 12+), TypeScript, and RxJS
- Robust experience with RDBMS (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL) and advanced SQL skills
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Redis
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, and Azure DevOps
- Proficiency in cloud platform handling (AWS, Azure, GCP) including deployment and monitoring
- Strong understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) practices
- Well-versed in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence
- Expertise in logging and monitoring practices using ELK or Prometheus
- Strong knowledge of unit and integration testing frameworks including JUnit and Mockito
Responsibilities
- Develop software and systems from initial concept through to production readiness
- Utilize modern architectural approaches and technologies to resolve client challenges
- Ensure all solutions take into account current architecture and future enhancements
- Master emerging tools and techniques while identifying necessary system improvements
- Collaborate in a fast-paced Agile environment with team members and clients
- Advocate for Test-Driven Development and maintain code quality governance
