Requirements
Must:
- 10+ years of professional software development experience
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Team Lead overseeing developers
- Mastery of backend technologies: Java (versions 8/11/17) and Spring Boot ecosystem
- Strong proficiency in Angular (version 12+) and TypeScript
- Extensive experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Solid knowledge of database management systems like PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and Redis
- Experience leading CI/CD deployments using Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization
- Strong understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD)
- Skilled in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence
Responsibilities
- Develop software and systems from initial concept to production-ready deployment
- Utilize modern architectural methodologies and tools to address client challenges
- Ensure solutions are in alignment with existing architecture and potential enhancements
- Continuously master new tools and techniques while identifying system improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with teams and clients within a fast-paced, Agile environment
- Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Break down projects into user stories, estimate tasks accurately, and ensure effective delivery
- Advocate for continuous improvement and maintain transparency throughout the development process
