Requirements
Must:
- A Bachelors degree (B.S.) or equivalent from a four-year college or university is mandatory
- A technical degree in engineering or science is preferred, with a focus on chemical or environmental engineering
- 0-2 years of experience in a technical role is required
Responsibilities
- Support the sale of carbon, equipment, and services across domestic and international markets
- Collaborate with various departments within Calgon Carbon Corporation, assist in the development of customer presentations, and provide consulting as needed
- Collect application data, conduct literature reviews, and contribute to business development efforts as needed
- Demonstrate thorough product knowledge and communicate technical details to support sales
- Aid product management with specification reviews, product suggestions, and additional technical aspects as required
- Carry out technical tasks utilizing standard engineering methodologies for problem-solving
- Engage in projects that include modeling, customer training, equipment design selection, product performance recommendations, and setting up Pilot/R&D studies
