Requirements
Must:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with C# and .NET (6+)
- Strong expertise in SQL, including query optimization and performance tuning
- Proficiency in designing and consuming RESTful APIs
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks, preferably React
- Solid understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript
- Familiarity with Git and contemporary development workflows
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment (2 days onsite in San Diego required)
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications leveraging modern technologies
- Create robust backend services utilizing C# and .NET (6+)
- Build interactive user interfaces using React / Next.js and TypeScript
- Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code adhering to best practices
- Optimize and troubleshoot SQL queries across complex datasets
- Design and integrate RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs
- Engage in code reviews and contribute to engineering standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on architectural and technical decisions
- Continuously enhance system performance, scalability, and reliability
