Requirements
Must:
- We need advanced expertise in identity and access management tools, including enterprise directory services and single sign-on platforms.
- We need strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to perform root cause analysis for complex identity, authentication, and directory service problems.
- We need the ability to build automation and integration scripts using PowerShell, Python, Bash, and database scripting such as PL/SQL to support identity operations.
- We need working knowledge of IAM protocols such as SAML, OIDC, and OAuth 2.0, along with directory platforms and LDAP-based integrations.
- We need the ability to define operational standards and technical procedures for enterprise identity and authentication services.
- We require education equivalent to a bachelors degree in a related field plus four years of relevant experience.
- We may accept additional directly related experience in place of the required education on a year-for-year basis.
- We may also substitute an advanced degree in a related field for the required experience on a year-for-year basis.
Responsibilities
- We administer, maintain, and improve the reliability of our campus identity and access management systems.
- We support and enhance identity services such as single sign-on integrations, enterprise directory services, identity lifecycle workflows, and certificate-based authentication.
- We partner with Engineering, Infrastructure, and Information Security teams to implement identity solutions across campus systems.
- We ensure our authentication and identity platforms remain secure, scalable, and sustainable.
- We contribute to automation, monitoring, and ongoing platform improvements to strengthen operational performance.
- We troubleshoot complex IAM issues and identify the underlying causes of service disruptions.
- We develop scripts, integrations, standards, and technical documentation that improve identity service delivery.
