Requirements
Must:
- Proficiency in databases and query languages such as MySQL, Oracle, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, Aurora, or Redshift
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools like Oracle Analytics Cloud, Tableau, Power BI
- Knowledge in scalable data warehousing, ETL pipelines, and schema modeling
- Capability to identify and address critical maintenance issues as well as troubleshoot malfunctions
- Experience in monitoring, maintaining, and enhancing data warehouse and data lake operations using AWS tools and services
- Equivalent to a bachelors degree in a relevant discipline and two years of related experience, with options for substitution based on additional experience or advanced education
Responsibilities
- Operate, ensure reliability, and deliver campus data platforms and analytics services
- Enhance, monitor, and maintain data warehouse delivery functionalities
- Develop and uphold database views for existing datasets
- Implement manual processing tasks as required
- Fulfill ad hoc data requests from campus data repositories, employing industry best practices and current technologies
