Market Engineer

- I will update procedures and documentation for specific platforms and drive local process and operational improvements with an eye on overall enterprise impact. - Tasks such as performing entry-level technical repairs on desktop platforms, servers, networks, and related infrastructure will be included in my role. - I will also participate in the Property/Regional IT Team’s on-call rotation to provide Tier 1 responses to operational incidents during business hours when necessary. - I will utilize the Service Management System to track and resolve all client/user incidents, requests, changes, and problems. - This role requires maintaining the local data center to prescribed standards and adhering to system management criteria and policies. - The position is not fully remote, though some remote work may be permitted. - The successful candidate will be required to obtain the appropriate jurisdictional casino gaming license and must be able to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs and 25 lbs, respectively. - Working conditions may involve high noise levels, bright lights, and smoke, requiring the ability to stand, sit, and walk in equal measures, along with frequent twisting, bending, and reaching. - I must be capable of responding to tactile, auditory, and visual cues within the casino environment. This position offers a salary range of $30,000.00 - $32,000.00 annually, along with benefits that include a 401(k), health insurance, and paid time off. The role is required to be performed in person.
