Requirements
Must:
- 5–10 years of experience in Data Engineering, AI/ML, or applied AI roles
- Proven ability to address business challenges using AI and data solutions
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and RAG architectures
- Proficient programming skills in Python
- Experience designing and constructing data pipelines (ETL/ELT)
- Solid understanding of LLMs, embeddings, and vector databases
- Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Strong communication skills to engage with both business and technical stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, define, and resolve real-world business challenges using AI and data
- Design and construct comprehensive data pipelines integrated with AI/ML functionalities
- Create and implement AI-powered solutions aimed at enhancing decision-making and operational efficiency
- Develop and deploy applications utilizing LLM frameworks, including LangChain and LangGraph
- Design and execute Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures for enterprise applications
- Construct intelligent workflows to automate and elevate business processes
- Transform ambiguous business requirements into scalable, production-ready AI/data solutions
- Optimize systems for high performance, scalability, and reliability
