Power On Engineer

In this full-time role, I will be responsible for managing both client and internal projects by developing project plans to ensure successful completion within timeframes, budget, and expectations. I will review client and third-party project plans, establish testing procedures as necessary, and ensure that all tasks are executed in alignment with established standards, policies, and procedures. I will also maintain thorough documentation of all assignments. My commitment to maintaining high levels of client service will involve responding promptly to client requests and ideas, resolving any issues, and providing assistance, support, and training as required. I will ensure programs meet client specifications and deadlines, communicate clearly with clients through various interactions, and act as a valued consultant and resource. I will facilitate effective communication, coordination, and collaboration with staff and management by keeping them informed of significant issues and progress toward objectives. Additionally, I will offer recommendations to enhance project tracking and documentation processes, assist with product and project support, maintain meeting records, and participate in meetings as necessary.
