Requirements
Must:
- At least 2 years of experience in IT support
- Proficient in installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, virtual machines, and cloud computing
- Knowledgeable in Windows Server, Group Policy Objects, VPN, and shares
- Familiarity with VoIP solutions like Avaya or 3cx and equipment such as Polycom, Grandstream, and Yealink
- Experience with backup products like Cloudberry, MSPBackup, and Backblaze
- Proficient in antivirus software such as ESET, Bit Warden, or Malwarebytes
- Skilled in support ticket systems like Zen Desk, ServiceNow, or Zoho Desk
- Experience with documentation software such as ITGlue or similar
- Familiarity with RMM solutions including Connectwise, Kaseya, Ninjaone, Atera, or Meraki
- Strong networking skills with equipment such as Cisco, Sonicwall, Ubiquiti, or Fortinet
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and Exchange)
- Experience with Google Workspace Apps usage, configuration, and integrations
- Familiarity with QuickBooks and FileMaker in self-hosted and cloud environments
Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to other Tier 1 and 2 technicians
- Interact with clients to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain, configure, and implement various IT systems
- Troubleshoot issues and provide corrective actions
- Propose mitigation and preventative recommendations
- Document data resources accurately
- Develop and refine procedural processes
