Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- At least 5 years of experience in software development
- Proficient in Java programming with experience in J2EE frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, and JSF
- Extensive hands-on experience with core AWS services focused on file/content management solutions
Responsibilities
- Understand the architecture of existing on-premises Java/J2EE applications (Struts, Spring, Hibernate, WebLogic) and assist with re-engineering efforts on AWS
- Develop and implement solutions for full stack Java/J2EE applications using Angular in line with re-engineering specifications
- Have a solid background with various file/content management services in AWS, ensuring secure, reliable, and high-performance solutions for hybrid environments
- Implement best practices for identity and access management (IAM), network security, monitoring (CloudWatch, X-Ray), and logging, while optimizing AWS resource utilization and identifying efficiency improvement opportunities
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to cloud-native applications and infrastructure
Description
We are looking for a skilled AWS Software Developer who specializes in the development of full stack Java/J2EE applications on the AWS platform. Our ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of AWS cloud services, with practical development experience using Java/J2EE application architecture and Angular frameworks. You will play a vital role in crafting solutions that capitalize on cloud services, Angular, Java, and Oracle Database, while ensuring excellent performance, security, and operational efficiency. This role is hybrid, requiring three days of in-person attendance.
