Global OT partner enablement specialist

- Develop and sustain a global governance framework for OT partners and shared service delivery models - Define roles, responsibilities, and interactions to eliminate overlaps and gaps among Tier 1 partners and internal teams - Ensure consistent application of partner governance practices across regions and sites - Collaborate with DQ and CSV to guarantee adherence to GxP, safety, and regulatory standards in all services and projects - Design and manage the shared services structure for OT partner-delivered services across various platforms - Create a global OT service catalog, including SLAs/KPIs, and RACI for internal teams and external partners - Work with global and site stakeholders to ensure services are appropriately scaled and cost-effective - Monitor and enhance service performance for reliability and quality - Maintain global master service agreements and quality plans for strategic OT partners - Standardize and improve project contracting templates for all OT platforms and project categories - Collaborate with E&M, Legal, Procurement, and contract owners to define clear scopes and compliance in contracts - Regularly review contract terms to adapt to changing business needs and partner performance - Supervise partner project delivery quality for OT-related projects, ensuring adherence to standards - Set expectations for project governance and handover processes for all partner-led initiatives - Capture and integrate lessons learned from partner projects into governance processes - Ensure service agreements support the lifecycle of OT platforms, coordinating with various teams - Track execution of lifecycle activities and implement corrective measures when necessary - Promote the global partner model at local sites, ensuring teams adhere to defined roles and contracts - Collaborate with local teams to reconcile special cases with global standards - Provide coaching and change management support to foster the global partner strategy at the local level - Define and maintain KPIs and review processes for OT partners - Lead performance reviews with partners to identify issues and improvement opportunities - Serve as the main escalation point for performance concerns and contractual disputes - Build strategic relationships with partners to encourage innovation and efficiency
