Requirements

Must:
- We require a bachelors degree or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline. - We require 10+ years of experience in product management, application development, or digital transformation. - We require 4+ years of leadership experience. - We require a strong record of delivering enterprise technology solutions in global, matrixed, and regulated environments. - We prefer experience in pharma, biotech, or similarly regulated industries. - We require expertise in agile practices, SDLC, cloud platforms, AI/ML, data analytics, and cybersecurity. - We require excellent communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management capabilities. - We require familiarity with cloud ecosystems such as AWS and Azure, plus advanced analytics tools for insight-driven engagement. - We require deep knowledge of enterprise CRM and engagement platforms in regulated settings, such as Veeva and Salesforce. - We require the ability to solve complex problems, weigh tradeoffs, and make decisions that influence immediate and broader teams. - We require comfort working in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions. - We require a proven ability to deliver technology solutions in complex, cross-functional environments.

Responsibilities

- We lead the design, delivery, and ongoing enhancement of platforms that improve field experience and productivity through integrated CRM, engagement data, and analytics. - We define and share a future-focused product vision and roadmap, using AI, automation, and advanced analytics to create new opportunities. - We partner with senior stakeholders to identify and advance digital transformation and innovation initiatives. - We act as platform stewards, ensuring long-term architecture quality, scalability, and cost effectiveness. - We oversee the full product lifecycle, prioritizing capabilities based on business value, user input, and emerging technology trends. - We ensure strong API connectivity, interoperability, and data governance to support secure, scalable, and compliant solutions. - We work closely with business and IT teams to translate needs into actionable digital products. - We evaluate, adopt, and scale responsible AI and advanced analytics use cases in collaboration with Data, Security, Legal, and business leaders. - We manage strategic relationships with external technology and managed services partners. - We own product financials, including vendor strategy, run-versus-grow decisions, total cost of ownership, and value tracking. - We build and coach high-performing cross-functional teams while promoting agile, DevOps, and user-centered design practices. - We define and refine delivery models to improve speed, quality, and accountability across global teams. - We establish and track KPIs to measure product performance, business impact, adoption, and compliance. - We ensure our platforms meet global regulatory, privacy, and cybersecurity requirements. - We stay current on industry trends, regulatory shifts, and technology advancements, and adjust our strategy proactively. - We drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and change management efforts. - We advise executive leadership with data-driven insights, strategic recommendations, and tradeoff analysis.
