Senior Project Manager - Electrical Data Center

- Set project goals, policies, procedures, and performance metrics to minimize risks and secure profitability. - Make critical decisions regarding project execution and resource distribution. - Hold ultimate accountability for project outcomes. - Oversee daily project management tasks by effectively managing a team. - Educate the project management team on CSIs philosophies and practices. - Ensure proper maintenance of project logs and tracking systems, and implement corrective actions as needed. - Supervise and negotiate change orders to secure a profitable outcome. - Maintain required logs to monitor project progression. - Serve as a liaison between the field and clients to facilitate effective construction practices. - Monitor on-site activities alongside the General Foreman to ensure alignment with schedules and budgets. - Investigate significant issues and apply necessary corrective measures. - Represent the company in discussions with clients and subcontractors. - Manage subcontractor performance, including costs, schedules, and change orders. - Provide estimates for projects when required. - Prepare for and attend monthly financial reviews, projecting profitability accurately to management. - Oversee financial aspects of contracts to protect company interests and nurture client relationships. - Engage in promoting business development initiatives. - Fulfill additional Project Manager duties as required.
