Requirements
Must:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Business, or Engineering (or near graduation)
- A minimum of three years of experience in the electrical construction industry, with strong knowledge of construction sequencing, methods, and materials; familiarity with electrical systems is essential
- LEED AP and OSHA 30 certification preferred, but not mandatory (this may include a mix of trade experience, education, and relevant work background)
- Estimating experience with Accubid is preferred
- Competency in MS Office Suite, BlueBeam, with an understanding of AutoCAD and Revit
- Proactive attitude, demonstrating initiative and independence
- Ability to interpret Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing drawings
- Knowledge of and adherence to all electrical codes, local union labor agreements, and state compliance regulations
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Capability to function effectively under pressure and adapt to changing job demands
- Reliability and punctuality in all CSI-related tasks
- Team-oriented with demonstrated leadership qualities

Responsibilities
- Comprehend and adhere to CSIs policies and procedures
- Supervise subcontractors, CSI field staff, and/or other CSI personnel (including Project Engineers, Group Administrators, and Interns) as required
- Oversee document management and drawing control
- Prepare submittals and shop drawings, plus review quoted items and materials
- Create CSI RFIs, manage RFI logs, and assess RFIs for cost implications
- Administer Purchase Orders, track vendors, and manage releases
- Draft project budgets for internal tracking and maintain ongoing awareness of costs and budget constraints
- Assist with electrical take-offs and estimate costs for large projects
- Evaluate small jobs and change orders, while keeping and updating change order estimates and logs, as well as tracking EWOs
- Collaborate with the lighting department as necessary to oversee tracking logs for light fixtures, controls, and switchgear
- Coordinate with the pre-fabrication department when needed
- Equip field foremen with essential information, material logistics, and other administrative support
- Summarize and manage time and material documentation
- Assume responsibility for assigned tasks
- Track and manage subcontract agreements
- Support Project Manager(s) with reports and job schedule assessments
- Conduct project closeouts and O&Ms
