- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for IT infrastructure, CRM systems, and AI integration that align with our organizational goals. - Oversee the CRM ecosystem across our companies, ensuring data integrity, creating automated workflows, and integrating the CRM with other business tools for a unified data source. - Utilize AI tools to analyze business data and determine areas of underutilized labor or capital. - Create AI-driven email and follow-up sequences that respond adaptively based on customer behavior. - Establish AI models within our CRM to score leads, predict customer churn, and forecast sales trends across various business units. - Serve as the primary strategic liaison for our outsourced IT firm, ensuring server maintenance and security protocols are followed to achieve zero downtime. - Lead cloud computing initiatives using platforms like AWS and manage database systems, including SQL and Oracle. - Identify opportunities to apply AI in ways that enhance efficiency and resource allocation, such as automating routine IT communications and follow-ups. - Guide our sales teams by leveraging AI to inform them of the best times to reach out to customers based on CRM data patterns. - Employ AI agents to manage data entry across our companies, reducing manual administrative tasks. - Implement AI to monitor customer communications and raise alerts about potential issues before they escalate into crises.
