Requirements
Must:
- Over 8 years of experience in Product Management, particularly in cloud security, infrastructure platforms, or DevSecOps.
- In-depth technical knowledge of cloud security concepts, including Kubernetes security and cloud networking, as well as challenges related to LLMs and Generative AI.
- Proven track record with compliance standards, particularly SOC 2; familiarity with HIPAA and FedRAMP is advantageous.
- Leadership abilities, especially in a rapidly growing environment where product processes are being established from the ground up.
- Customer-centric approach, with the ability to comprehend and advocate for customer requirements across varied stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in influencing senior executives.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and decisive with strong product judgment.
- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline (or equivalent hands-on experience).
- Genuine enthusiasm for Crusoes mission regarding climate sustainability and infrastructure innovation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the long-term vision for cloud security capabilities, including Identity & Access Management (IAM), VPC networking, and encryption methodologies.
- Ensure security measures are in place throughout the complete model lifecycle, focusing on customer data protection and seamless execution environments for managed inference tasks.
- Lead compliance initiatives, specifically SOC 2 Type II, and collaborate with Legal, Security, and Engineering teams to facilitate growth in high-demand customer segments.
- Create security documentation and compliance materials that effectively communicate Crusoes security posture to Chief Information Security Officers and other technical stakeholders.
- Work in close coordination with Engineering, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Customer Success to outline requirements and execution strategies.
- Interact with existing and potential clients to grasp their security and compliance needs and transform these insights into scalable product solutions.
