Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of experience in Project Leadership or Project Management, particularly within Network Infrastructures
- Familiarity with managing large network infrastructures
- Experience in Network Security and Access Control Management
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Cisco Switches via command line
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticket/task management systems
- Knowledge in Windows Server deployment, management, or Remote Imaging
- Understanding of Video Management Systems and CCTV platforms
- Familiarity with IP CCTV cameras
- Experience with Genetec security software
- Strong troubleshooting abilities for both hardware and software issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a small team of Remote Network Server Engineers
- Oversee the integration of CCTV/Security software and access management control systems
- Provide technical phone support to onsite technicians for server installation, configuration, and maintenance
- Ensure the smooth integration of systems into customer sites
- Provide ongoing support and maintain high standards of performance and security
- Verify connectivity of new servers, cameras, and access control installations at client sites
- Validate the functionality of systems brought into production
