Requirements
Must:
- You must reside in California and possess current work authorization.
- Proficiency in modern web frameworks such as Laravel and React.
- Proficiency in Modern PHP, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Batch programming.
- Expertise in database design and data modeling.
- Experience in Windows development.
- A general understanding of application layer networking and transport layer networking.
Responsibilities
- I will expect you to develop and maintain custom applications using Laravel and React.
- You will need to design and optimize SQL databases for transactions and data lakes/warehouses.
- I would like you to create user-friendly dashboards and reporting tools for operators and management.
- You will integrate Windows-based applications with factory systems and automation equipment.
- Collaborating with engineers and management to gather requirements and convert them into scalable software solutions is essential.
- Ensuring reliable and secure communication between plant-floor devices and IT systems through appropriate networking setup and troubleshooting will be your responsibility.
- You will support and enhance connectivity to sensors, PLCs, and industrial equipment through data pipelines and APIs.
Description
- Experience with industrial communication protocols (such as OPC UA and Modbus) is a plus, though not required. - Familiarity with PLC integration or sensor data collection would be beneficial. - Exposure to SCADA, MES, or industrial IoT platforms is also a plus.
