Senior Business Analyst - ServiceNow HR

- Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, HR, and SIR departments to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements - Utilize extensive ServiceNow experience to create user stories and navigate the platform, developing workflows - Conduct workshops and interviews to grasp business processes and pinpoint areas for enhancement - Articulate requirements clearly and ensure they align with business objectives - Draft clear and concise user stories with explicit acceptance criteria - Ensure user stories are comprehended and agreed upon by both the development team and stakeholders - Decompose high-level requirements into smaller, actionable tasks - Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives - Collaborate closely with the development team for timely delivery of user stories - Work with the product owner to prioritize the backlog and align efforts with business goals - Collaborate with the ServiceNow development team to design effective solutions that meet business needs - Ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible and adhere to best practices - Coordinate and engage in testing activities, including developing test plans and scripts - Maintain thorough documentation of requirements, processes, and solutions - Provide training and support to end-users when necessary - Automate major ServiceNow modules using the ServiceNow ATF application
