Requirements
Must:
- 7 to 10 years of experience in developing integration platforms and components, preferably within the Azure environment.
- Proven skills in designing, developing, and managing integration platforms utilizing Azure API Management, with robust capabilities in API development (REST, Synch/Async) using .NET and Azure Functions.
- Extensive experience in microservices and middleware architecture, including event-driven solutions with publish/subscribe patterns using Azure ESB, and process orchestration with Kubernetes.
- Competent in utilizing cloud-native technologies to architect and implement scalable solutions, as well as executing ETL processes using ADF and Microsoft Fabric.
- Strong familiarity with DevOps practices throughout the software development lifecycle, emphasizing automation with tools like GIT for version control, and Microsoft Co-Pilot to streamline development and code deployment.
- Excellent diagnostic abilities for production challenges, exhibiting a quality-oriented mindset with commitment to service level agreements, and proficient in collaboration and communication across development, operations, and architecture teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and sustain integration solutions for enterprise systems on the Azure platform.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to grasp integration needs and deliver scalable solutions.
- Construct and test APIs directly on the Azure cloud.
- Utilize Git and DevOps throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Create and implement message brokers and message queues to facilitate reliable and efficient communication based on Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).
Description
We are seeking an Integration Developer to join our team for a fixed-term contract of 24 months, located at 1908 Colonel Sam Drive, Oshawa, ON, with a hybrid work model allowing for 3 days remote. This role involves designing and maintaining integration solutions on the Azure platform while collaborating with various teams to understand requirements. We offer a competitive pay rate ranging from $90.00 to $98.01 per hour, with expected work hours of 35 per week. This opportunity allows you to leverage your expertise in a dynamic environment while contributing to impactful projects.
