Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience in IT project management with strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Familiarity with change management principles and tools
- 10+ years of extensive experience in IT project management (preferred)
- PMP certification is a plus
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and organizational abilities
- Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Lead the successful execution of IT projects from initiation to completion
- Coordinate comprehensively and provide detailed status updates
- Manage risks and ensure the timely delivery of project milestones and final outputs
- Develop, implement, and enhance project management frameworks and best practices tailored to our IT organizations requirements
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure project delivery is within scope, on schedule, and budget
- Proactively identify potential challenges and facilitate effective communication across all levels
- Drive stakeholder engagement to meet and exceed customer expectations in a fast-paced environment
