Requirements
Must:
- A Masters Degree or higher in Public Administration, Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance from a regionally accredited or New York State registered institution and two years of relevant experience in accounting activities, including budget preparation, forecasting, and financial report analysis.
- Alternatively, a Bachelors Degree or higher in the aforementioned fields along with four years of similar experience.
- Strong analytical and research skills related to budget management.
- Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis techniques.
