Requirements
Must:
- 3 to 5+ years in manufacturing operations, continuous improvement, or training leadership
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles
- Expertise in creating engaging training materials
- Ability to assess workforce skill requirements and connect them to employee performance and business results
- Familiarity with CPS/CSD methodologies or manufacturing training standards
- Analytical capability to manage trackers and dashboards, analyze trends, and prioritize actions
- Proficient in SharePoint, Microsoft Office, Copilot, and Alchemy LMS (Player, Coach, Manager)
Responsibilities
- Oversee the sites Continuous Skills Development (CSD) framework, including curricula, playbooks, one-point lessons, skill element trees, validation records, and document control management
- Design and facilitate training sessions while establishing a reliable validation, mentoring, and subject matter expert system
- Collaborate with Operations, Environment Health and Safety, Quality Assurance, and Continuous Improvement teams to ensure training compliance and effectiveness
- Conduct evaluations for CSD maturity and system health; develop plans based on findings and monitor progress until completion
- Manage training metrics and dashboards, including validation rates, expirations, human factor losses, and time to competency; provide performance insights
- Oversee the use of digital tools like SharePoint and Alchemy; ensure all users are adequately trained and have access to the necessary resources
