Requirements
Must:
- We require a bachelors degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience, or a minimum of 5 years in continuous improvement roles.
- We prefer experience with SAP.
- We need experience supporting safety and quality in a manufacturing environment.
- We value strong analytical capability with Microsoft tools such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- We look for the ability to translate technical issues into practical recommendations and clear documented standards.
- We seek familiarity with digital collaboration and reporting tools such as Power BI, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or Planner.
Responsibilities
- We create, deploy, and champion standardized systems such as centerlines, Clean/Inspect/Lube routines, defect management, One-Point Lessons, and SOPs.
- We coach plant teams on continuous improvement approaches including TPM, Lean methods, and Six Sigma concepts.
- We lead structured problem-solving using tools such as Base Condition Analysis, Why-Why analysis, Fishbone diagrams, PDCA, Theory of Operations, and chokepoint analysis.
- We standardize scrap classification to improve visibility into yield losses.
- We facilitate cross-functional project meetings from scoping through validation, delivering measurable gains in cost, yield, or throughput while holding timelines.
- We train operators, leads, and supervisors on continuous improvement practices and standard work.
- We support digital transformation efforts that strengthen communication and action tracking.
- We coach teams and close gaps in the quality system (InfinityQS) and efficiency system (LEDS).
