Requirements
Must:

- Experience with caller experience testing, identifying usability gaps, and suggesting enhancements to customer satisfaction and self-service effectiveness
- Proficiency in analyzing call data and IVR system performance utilizing SQL and analytical tools to extract insights for informed product decisions
- Ability to collaborate with developers, technical teams, and business stakeholders to implement updates to voice applications and optimize IVR call flows
- Skills in reviewing, assessing, and analyzing information technology system operations
- Capability to evaluate user needs and requirements while proposing improvements to systems
- Acts as the primary liaison between users and engineering development teams
- Competence in identifying, documenting, reporting, and monitoring system issues
- Experience in supporting the translation of business needs into formal technical requirements and deliverables
Responsibilities
- Engage in thorough analysis of the IVR systems to enhance operational effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement updates and improvements to voice applications
- Conduct usability testing to identify areas that require enhancement, driving superior customer experiences
- Analyze call data using SQL and analytical tools to inform product decisions
- Serve as the main contact for users regarding system issues, facilitating smooth communication between users and technical teams
- Document system issues and track resolutions to maintain system performance

- Review and assess IT system operations to ensure they meet organizational needs
