Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar discipline
- Over 8 years of relevant experience in software development
- Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot
- Experience with designing and utilizing RESTful APIs
- Proficient in creating unit tests with TestNG
- Practical experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Cassandra, or Redis
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices
- Skilled in using Git for version control
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Understanding of gateway APIs is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Lead software development projects from concept to implementation
- Design and develop high-quality software solutions
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define project requirements
- Create and maintain RESTful APIs for various applications
- Write comprehensive unit tests to ensure software reliability
- Manage and oversee database interactions, particularly with NoSQL systems
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide feedback for process improvements
- Maintain version control practices to ensure code quality and consistency
- Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues efficiently
- Mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative team environment
