Requirements
Must:
- 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in Coupa implementations
- Proven track record of completing at least 3 Coupa implementation projects
- Strong hands-on experience with various Coupa modules including Procurement, Invoicing, Early Pay Discounts, Inventory, Risk Aware Spend, Guard Analytics, and AIC
- Ability to lead both functional and technical deployments of Coupa solutions
- Experience working in multi-party environments with third-party vendors and Coupa Professional Services
- Knowledge of best practices for Coupa setup, user engagement, integrations, and supplier onboarding
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Experience in creating and maintaining implementation templates, training materials, and presentations
- Familiarity with Coupa implementation methodologies and industry standards
- Ability to mentor team members on implementation and technical design
Responsibilities
- Lead the deployment of Coupa solutions for our clients
- Conduct workshops, design reviews, UAT sessions, and user training at client locations as required
- Drive the implementation of best practices for user adoption and system integration
- Support sales efforts, including the creation of proposals and client presentations when necessary
- Apply Coupa methodologies for functional design and project coordination
- Maintain and update implementation documentation and training resources
- Coordinate project delivery across onsite, onshore, and offshore teams
- Mentor and provide guidance to colleagues on technical design and implementation processes
