Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 4 years experience in UX Research, particularly with digital products
- Strong curiosity about human behavior and interest in understanding user motivations
- Proficient in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
- Ability to empower cross-functional teams in UX best practices
- Experience in a complex business ecosystem, collaborating with diverse teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective research execution
- Familiarity with the entire design process from discovery to evaluation
- Adaptability to evolve as CoverMyMeds products develop
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with UX, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to identify product experience opportunities
- Work as an integral member of a cross-disciplinary product team
- Employ research best practices to support the product team in discovery efforts
- Utilize a range of technical skills, including survey and experiment design
- Partner with senior colleagues to shape strategies for long-term product vision
- Participate in and contribute to experiments that test hypotheses
- Conduct ideation workshops to foster collaborative design
- Execute qualitative and quantitative research to influence product strategy
- Develop deep understanding of users through iterative research
- Present research findings effectively using engaging storytelling techniques
- Act as a UX advocate within your product team as we grow our organization
